the caller calls and when i answer or ask if they want to leave a message they say i don't want to leave a message. they've called me 2 days in a row now.

Calling under different names and different numbers and referring to an investigation of someone we don't even know. If you call back they are very rude. For sure a scam!!!!!!!

I'm getting calls from this number a several times a day....

After receiving more than 30 calls, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and call them back. I called over and over just to tie up their phone line. I would ask what their favorite movie was, if they liked coffee, what their favorite color was, ect. I figured as long as one of them was wasting their time on the phone with me, that was one less person they could call and scam. I kept getting passed up the chain of comman until I finally spoke to the supervisor who said my name would be removed and they would not call me again. It has been almost 5 days and I have not received a call. The BBB and FTC aren't doing anything to help us consumers so this seemed to be an effective way to annoy them. I could tell they were getting upset, but they have to answer the phone each time it rings just in case it might be someone they could get money from. Try it for yourself! Someone called from their office named Officer Justin from the Better Business Bureau about a payday loan and if I didn't pay them 200 every two weeks I was going to be arrested and I'll have to go to court and hire an attorney. I'm like what the heck, and yes your right, but they aren't Indian, their Middle Eastern. They were rude, playing around in the office. Totally unprofessional.

calls between 6pm and 8pm and hangs up after two rings nearly every day.

These poele are relentless and it is clear that it is a scam. They have called and told me there are fraud chrges in CA against me and me or my lawyer needs to call them back. Whan I did you couldn't understand anything they said due to their accent and threatened that the sheriff would be serving papers to me and what serious charges were against me. Upon further research it appears these peole get your info through online payday/short term loan applications and try to tell you to send them money to pay off a loan you received. I never received a loan and they could not provide any info as to the company that was filing charges against me. They eventually hung up on me but continue to call me.
